This design is an applique on vinyl because raw edges are just trimmed and not intended for fabric that ravels.
The flowers are not separate on this design they are also appliqued on the vinyl. I do have a design that the flowers are separate check the listings to give the flowers a 3d affect or glue flowers on.
The towel holder is done in the hoop then attach snaps and put towel in slot. Video on how to do is on YouTube.
