The flowers can be done separate and attached with snaps, buttons etc. or just glue flowers on for 3d affect.
The towel holder is done in the hoop appliqued on vinyl, then attach snaps for handle and put towel in slot. Intended to be done on vinyl because raw edges are just trimmed. It is mostly an applique design. Video on how to do is on YouTube.
